A longtime ministry leader, Kim Botto has spent decades helping churches create safe, inclusive spaces for every child—including those who are neurodivergent or have disabilities. With experience at one of the nation’s fastest-growing churches, Kim has trained thousands of church leaders, staff, and volunteers in trauma-informed, inclusive ministry practices. Her passion is helping churches become places where every child feels safe, seen, and connected to a faith community.
